Lataa tiedosto (32 megaa) ja polta se levylle (polta image). Käynnistä kone tuolla levyllä. Levyllä olevalla ohjelmalla luodaan verkkoyhteys Mandrivan peilipalvelimeen josta ladataan normaali asennusohjelma ja loppu hoituu samalla lailla kuin DVD:ltä. Verkkoasetusten tekemiseen löytyy ohje

Jos koneesi tukee USB tikulta buuttausta voit ladata all.img tiedoston ja siirtää sen tikulle dd komennolla. Toimii samoin kuin levylle poltettu boot.iso. Latauslinkit näihin löytyy tuolta Lataa osiosta.

Kun kokeilit Live CD:tä niin toimiko se live tilassa mutta ei mennyt asennusohjelman graafista ruutua pidemmälle, vai eikö se käynnistynyt edes live tilaan.
