Kun KDE4:n asentaa, menee se ihan task-kde4 tavalla, versio numero on tällä hetkellä 3.97.1 eli jos haluaa RPMdraken kautta katsoa mitä muuta kaikkea KDE4n mukana tulee mitä ei task-kde4 kanssa tule automaattisesti.

En ole kuullut yhtään vastaavaa että grubiin olisi KDE4 vaikuttanut mitenkään. Kuulostaa siltä että Grub on asentunut uudelleen jolloin kaikki muut on poistettu listalta.

KDE4 tulee olemaan ohjelmistokehittäjille pääsääntöisesti tarkoitettu ja KDE 4.1 sitten vuoden päästä vasta sellainen mitä kaikille käyttäjille voi jo suositella. Joten testaajat ja "on edge" henkilöt vain KDE4 kimppuun kun se julkaistaan 11 päivä.
Moni KDE ohjelma on vielä kääntämättä KDE4:lle eli KDE 3.5.x sarjasta tulee varmaan vielä x.x.9 versio ulos.
