Asenna thunar ja avaa se sitten rootina. Hyvin samanlainen tiedostomanager kuin nautilus.
Tämä nyt ei varsinaisesti korjaa virhettä, mutta on eräänlainen kiertotie :)

PS. Sitten on viellä näitä maanmainioita orthodox tiedosto managereja. Alla muutamia suosittuja.
Gnome = gnome-commander
KDE = Krusader ja EmelFM2
CLI= mc (midnight commander)
Java pohjainen MuCommander
Itse käyttelen gnome-commanderia pääsääntöisesti nykyään.

Ongelma taisi ratketa pienellä testailulla.

Pääkäyttäjäksi tulee siirtyä komennolla 'su -', ei pelkällä komennolla 'su', jotta nautilus avautuu.
