where do i download latest full distro. ?

Hi everyone, not that i am newbie to Linux or BSD or even sun solaris.?

I would like to know where can i try MANDRAKE latest full version , i have a friend who is old time user but the distro site where to get it full of (( shit )) . I would like to have a clean site where to get the latest. Since Red hat is a kernell that is enterprise. I did read that Q2 version is done by mandriva for now. He is old time user of mandrake. I have no idea why he wants it . give me please a link to a latest full clean site of mandrake can it be 9.1 or 10.1. Since i been working with linux a long time. I suggested ubuntu 12.04 which is LTS . I know latest kernel module is under Linus care in CA. Is there clean sites where to get full Mandrake or mandriva or what ever the latest development is. So i can install latest for my friend. I just need the full ISO.
