Nyt jos haluaa osallistua KDE 4.1 viimeisten pienien bugien viilaamiseen, löytyy RC1 versio 2008 Springille.

En tiedä vielä itse mistä pakettivarastoista puhutaan, mutta README viittaa vain cookeriin, missä on 2009 beta2 mikä rikkoo KDE:n kun KDE 3 siirtyy /usr > /opt ja KDE 4.1 tulee /opt > /usr...

Sairaan nopee tuo KDE.org:n FTP-servu...or not.

Paketit liikahtavat tällä hetkellä keskimäärin huimat 20 Kt/s, tossahan menee ikä ja terveys, kun latailee sieltä paketin tai kaksikymmentä.

Osoitteesta ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/mirrors/ftp.kde. ... RPMS/i586/ löytyy .rpm-paketit 2008.1:lle KDE:n 4.1.0-versioon...ja vauhtiakin (kotimaisella) FTP-servulla riittää vähän nopeammallakin piuhalla ladattavaksi... :D
