Ongelma alkoi MDV 2010.0:n käytössä yhtäkkiä. Äänet katosivat. Ei voi kuunnella musiikkia eikä mitään. Paneeli väittää, että ännenvoimakkuus on 100%. Laitteistossa ei liene vikaa, sillä Winkan puolella kaikki kuuluu.

Kone on läppäri Acer Extensa 5430 ja MCC:n mukaan ajuri snd_hda_intel äänikortti "ATI Technologies Inc.|RS780 Azalia controller ". Luulin, että ongelma hoituisi, kun päivitin MDV 2010.1:een, mutta ei. Kun roottina laitan ääniasetuksiin rastin kohtaan Salli käyttäjien kytkeä ääniohjelmia, ja klikkaan ok, rasti häviää.

Oletko katsellut noita Pulseaudion asetuksia jotka löytyy Ääni ja video valikosta.

Pulseaudiossa on ollut ongelmia joidenkin ajurien kanssa ja siihen auttaa kun Ohjauskeskuksen ääniasetuksissa poistaa Pulseaudion käytöstä.

KDE:ssä on myös omat ääniasetukset joita kannattaa tutkia ja vaihdella eri laitteita jos on useampia tarjolla.
