Kuinka KDE päivitys tapahtuu? Käytössäni on Mandriva Free 2009 x64.

Virallisesti ei mitenkään. Mandriva ei tule tarjoamaan KDE4.2-päivityksiä 2009.0:lle. Parin kuukauden sisällä ilmestyvästä 2009.1:stä löytyy KDE4.2, joten odotellaan kiltisti uuden Mandrivan ilmestymistä... :rolleyes:

löytyy ohjeet ja juttua epävirallisista KDE4.2-paketeista 2009.0:lle. Ne joko toimivat tai ei, tukea vikatilanteissa ei ole tarjolla. En suosittele niiden asentamista, ellet omaa testihenkisyyttä ja/tai tarpeeksi taitoa mahdollisista vikatilanteista selviytymiseen. Pakettien kaikki käyttö käyttäjän omalla vastuulla.

P.S. Jos kuitenkin päätät nuo epäviralliset paketit asentaa, huomaa, että tuolla ohjeissa asennetaan 32-bittinen lähde urpmi:lle! Ensimmäistä komentoa pitää hieman muokata, jotta asentuu 64-bittinen versio.
